Why do we flash-freeze our seafood?

The flash-freezing process allows our seafood to remain at peak freshness after harvest. Rapid flash-freezing both protects your seafood’s meat and kills off parasites often found in fresh catch seafood. Through this advanced process, Black Point Seafood ensures our customers receive the highest quality product with every single order.

WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE FROZEN?

Yes, your purchase ships within 2 days of ordering and will arrive at your door packed in dry ice to preserve the flash-frozen seafood. If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please reach out to us and we can address the issue for you:help@blackpointseafood.com.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION?

Incorporating seafood into your diet regularly is recommended! Although there is the option to sign up for a seafood subscription, this is not necessary. Any order placed on our website has the option of one-time-only purchase, giving you the freedom to order at your convenience!

DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?

No, we do not offer samples of our seafood. However you can purchase one-time and try our food out without subscribing.

CAN I SPECIFY A SPECIFIC CUT OF FISH?

We use the entire side of the filet for our portions, so each box will contain a mix of both center and tail cuts.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY BOX?

At this time, we do not allow for customization of boxes, however, in May 2024 we will be releasing the ability to build your own box!
